How do I add items to my cart?

Select the product you want, choose your desired amount – this could be in grams or milliliters depending if you’re buying dried cannabis or oil – and the price will automatically appear. Then click “Add to Cart”; you’re now ready to checkout or continue shopping.

How much cannabis can I order at one time?

You can order as much as you like however the max you can legally possess when you’re out in public is 30 grams of dried flower.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

We strive to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. That means once it’s been processed, we can’t make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed – that is, we’ve received payment and sent you a confirmation email – you may cancel your order. However, please be aware that this happens quickly so you’ll have very little time to change your mind.

Types of Payment Accepted

Currently, we accept cash on delivery, Interac, Email transfers, or Visa/Mastercard. Our drivers carry a mobile card machine so you can pay with your bank or credit card right at the time of your delivery.

Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email so you can keep an eye on its progress. We’ll let you know as soon as it ships!

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Just click the link to find out the status of your order.

How will my order be shipped to me?

We use in-house drivers who are trained to be knowledgeable on cannabis uses and the possible side-effects. You can ask them anything you like about your order and they will be able to help you no problem at all.

When will my order arrive?

We are a same-day cannabis delivery service. Our goal, however, is to get every order delivered within an hour. We cover a large area from Stony Plain to Sherwood Park and from St. Albert to Leduc. If you need your order delivered for sure within the hour, we have a rush option you can choose at checkout.

 I didn’t like my order. Can I get my money back?

We’re sorry, but all orders from are final sale with very few exceptions, such as product recalls, or damaged or tampered items. And, of course, if we sent you the wrong product by accident, we’ll look to make that right. If you’re unhappy with the product you chose, we suggest you try something different next time you order – we have hundreds of products from growers across the country for you to choose from.

 The products I ordered were stale or rotten. What do I do?

We want you to receive the highest quality cannabis. If you receive a stale product, send us an email.
